Seaghan and Marcy are psychotherapists who provide therapy to individuals and groups. We also train and mentor many other therapists in the models we use. In addition, we are both dedicated to spiritual life.
Marcy has been involved in meditation since the days she was driving her VW bus in California. She works mostly with buddhist psychology and Sufism.
Seaghan has been actively meditating and studying dhamma (Pali for the Sanskrit word dharma) for the last 12 years. He loves working with many schools of Buddhism and also blends in Taoism- his fist spiritual love!
We both truly believe that spirituality, personal growth, mental health, and actual living are one-in-the-same.
